Lloyd Park Bike Marking Event

Lloyd Park Bike Marking Event

Today, officers from the Local Neighbourhood Team attended Lloyd Park and carried out a successful bike marking event, with multiple members of the public bringing their bicycles along to be security marked and registered.

Bike marking helps deter theft and increases the likelihood of stolen bicycles being returned to their rightful owners if they are recovered by police.

We were pleased to see a positive turnout from local residents who took the opportunity to protect their property and speak with officers, particularly considering the wet weather conditions throughout the event.

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported the event. The Local Neighbourhood Team will be hosting another bike marking event in the area soon, so please keep an eye on our updates for further details.

Working together to keep our community safe.
